Orem Summerfest Parade and Fireworks

(So sorry to do two blogs in one day! but I had lots of cute pictures!)

So, two weeks ago we went to the Orem Summerfest Parade and Fireworks. We went with Jan, Jen, Emmy, Emma, Matthew, Joshie, Brianna, and Annika (and the four of us of course!) Originally it was just going to be Jan, Jenn, Emmy, and us at the parade (with emma and matthew of course) but then Jenn (Southern) was watching Annika for Dave and Mel. And when I went out to tell Jenni it was time to go, she was so excited, she told Joshie where we were going! (again, so sorry stace!) So of course, Joshie and Brianna wanted to go! It worked out great though- they were SO good. Really- Joshie and Brianna were perfect the whole time! And all the kids had so much fun together! I was so glad they all came! and we got some great pics!

We saw lots of cool floats! And the kids got all the flyers and stuff! Then about halfway through the parade, Joe-joe picked up a bunch of the random discarded flyers and started handing them out to the rest of the kids! And even though they had all already had one, and then thrown it away, they somehow all wanted one from joe-joe! it was super funny

We were visted by Snow White and Cinderella (Jenni loves Cinderella! It was so sweet! I almost started crying!)

We saw a VW van, and Annika was trying to do a v and a w in sign language! I was super cute!

Emma was SO excited! She couldn't contain it! Cute girl!

When the parade was done, walked to the Orem Park to meet up with Seth, Karla and their kids and watched the fireworks! some kids liked it better than others!
